## Description

A simple shortcode to include Infusionsoft forms into WordPress.

The shortcode: `[infusionsoft-form account="" id=""]`

Where `account` is your choosen subdomain name without the `.infusionsoft.com` part
and the `id` is the Infusionsoft form id, that you want to display.

## Installation

 1. Upload `surbma-infusionsoft-shortcode` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
 2. Activate the Surbma | Infusionsoft Shortcode plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu 
    in WordPress
 3. That’s it. Now you can use the shortcode. 🙂
