Unfortunately not working with variable products. I have three colors of gold variations of each product. Couldn’t find any possible way of using this plugin with the variable products.

The plugin is working perfectly at my side so far, no issues
Although I have tweaked the price formula to make the extra fee in percentage not fixed fee

Very useful plug-in
Product Weight column is not appearing in my theme, kindly add one more option by which it is able to calculate product price based on its shipping weight.
